Asterix: The Mansions of the Gods - Adapted by Chris J Capel With the Asterix CGI movie taking ages to get released in English, I was dissatisfied to find that none of the fan-made English subtitles for the French version were accurate or made any attempt to capture the humour or spirit of the book - so I made some myself, emphasizing comedy and the Asterix UK style (complete with proper UK version names) over a straight 1:1 translation!
