Extracted srt from mkv, fixed common errors, removed HI/SDH remnants, including musical mood indicators (such as "Suspenseful music playing", etc.), kept lyrics (sung by characters sometimes) (with Subtitle Edit) ---/--- As usual, tested around start, middle and end of each episode. No HI, no 3 lines, lyrics included, foreign languages not included (already hard coded in this version).
