According to Samuil Marshak's poem. The drawing of the cartoon tells in verse about what changes have occurred in people's lives in the years that have passed since the arrival of Soviet power in the country. Of course, it is naive and a bit pathetic, but nevertheless with precisely noted details, with an interestingly constructed plot.
