Works in perfect synchronisation with the DXVA-MXMG release. Includes Howard Stark's "You've been given security clearance ..." speech. I added them manually. As English is my second language and also because the character's accent is a bit difficult to follow, I had to slow the video down a lot and play multiple times to understand some parts of what he is saying, as well as to get the timings correct.
