Subtitles for

Improved subtitle by ft420, which was itself an improvement of the upload by sixsnobs. Many small corrections: spelling, punctuation, capitalisation, overlapping timestamps, etc. Extended the duration of a few lines to make the wordy dialogue more readable, and removed a couple of instances of extraneous dialogue from already long lines. Removed subtitler's credit at beginning of file (it's distracting), but retained the one at the end of credits.
