Most of these are directly from the text-based subtitles on the DVDs, but due to manufacturing error, a few text-based subtitles were either incorrectly applied or completely missing. So I OCR'd from the image-based subtitles for each one that had them in error ("Catch a Rising Star 10th Anniversary", "Robin Remembers the Comedy Store", and "American Forces Network Interview: On Tour with Robin Williams" from Volume 1). I corrected some text-recognition errors in those, but some may still remain
