Most of these are directly from the text-based subtitles on the DVDs, but due to manufacturing error, a few text-based subtitles were either incorrectly applied or completely missing. So I OCR'd from the image-based subtitles for each one that had them in error ("'Saturday Night Live': Robin Williams / James Taylor" and "Robin Williams—TV's Best Guest" from Volume 2). I corrected some text-recognition errors in those, but some may still remain.
