Subtitles for

HI removed, cleaned, corrected, fixed common errors (including OCR and too many or too long lines), some episodes slightly re-synced if necessary, timing of some dialogs optimized, a few missing lines added, musical notes added and many other things performed to improve the quality of the original subtitle files.
