That's right! English subtiteles for the VOSTFR release! The only ~700MB release I could find. Since the subtitles aren't hardcoded, just replace the French subtitles with these English subtitles and you'll be in business! I used the subtitles for "Summer.Wars.2009.720p.BluRay.x264-CHD" uploaded by -jonny- and fixed the timing to work with the VOSTFR release.
