Runtime: 1h58m03s @ 23.976FPS

Credits to original uploader (Anonymous). Changed frame rate to 23,976 and synced. Fixed some minor issues.

SRT extracted from source. Changed narrated, radio/TV and distant voices segments to italics. Lyrics and single line interjections removed. NOTE: I have not "improved" the embedded subtitle, but changed it.
