Improved TheFlamboyant's great SRT; changed from UK-Eng to US-Eng; added most of the missing lines/interjections, save for one Hunter Thompsonism that is unintelligible; re-timed a few lines; about as close to perfect as you'll probably get without a copy of the script. Runtime: 1h58m03s @ 23.976FPS

SRT extracted from source. Changed narrated, radio/TV and distant voices segments to italics. Lyrics and single line interjections removed. NOTE: I have not "improved" the embedded subtitle, but changed it.

RegEx'd italics from apostrophes. Song lyrics removed, singing parts kept.
