A fox built an ice house while a hare built his own wooden house. When spring comes, the house of the fox melts in the sun. Jealous, she throws the rabbit out of his house and settles in his house. Sad and helpless, the rabbit goes crying in the forest. He meets successively a wolf, a bear and a bull who each in their turn, try to help him but come back empty-handed. Only the rooster, helped by the rabbit manages to dislodge the fox.
