English non-HI subs taken from Blu-ray remux

Extracted directly from MKV due to this release having both good Indonesian and cringy English dub (which doesn't fit the latter a lot of the time), quick removal of HI parts. Runtime 1:41:04 - not sure if compatible with older releases.

Manual resync from the PublicHD release. Removed many grammar and punctuation mistakes too. At 48:12 there are two lines that are hardcoded in this release. I gave them 0 duration to hide them but retain their text, so that this sub can be used for other releases as well that don't have the two lines hardcoded.

I have manually edited each line to the best of my ability to synch with the spoken audio. Please note the SPARKS version is 23.976 fps while the PublicHD version is 24 fps which I altered from the SPARKS version using various methods to better fit the film, as a result the PublicHD version might not be as accurate as the SPARKS version. Please rate :)
